About Our Ayurveda Classes
Our Ayurveda class series has been designed to be presented on a weekly basis in segments lasting one to two hours each. During the series we will present relevant topics from an Ayurvedic point of view, share techniques, and help participants understand the main principles of Ayurveda. Participants learn how to apply Ayurveda principles to create a personalized healthy diet and lifestyle. Topics can also be presented as individual talks or combined to create a half-day, full day, or weekend Ayurveda seminars.
